Dunkin’/Baskin Set to Replace Marlo in Rockville

A new Dunkin’/Baskin Robbins is coming to 725 Rockville Pike in Rockville, filling the former Marlo Furniture space across from Richmond Montgomery High School. Marlo Furniture, which closed in September, was one of six stores shut down when the 70-year-old company ceased operations this year.

The new Rockville location is the chain’s ninety-sixth Montgomery County store and the fourth largest in the region. The upcoming Rockville location adds to a period of significant expansion for Dunkin’ across Montgomery County, with multiple new stores in various stages of development.

New Dunkin’/Baskin Robbins are coming to 898 Muddy Branch Road in Gaithersburg;17700 Muncaster Road in Derwood; 4011 Norbeck Road in Rockville; and 2401 Wootton Parkway, directly across from Wootton High School.

The new Rockville Pike store will not have a drive-thru due to site constraints, officials said.
