Rockville Woman 'Felt the Earth Move'

Rockville Woman 'Felt the Earth Move'

It was just before 1:00am and Agnes Dolorous couldn't sleep. The Rockville mother of three was thinking about her husband, Rick, laying next to her. They hadn't had much time for one another lately, and intimacy all but died after their third child was born in October.

For his part, Rick was also awake, though his mind was on other things. His contracting business was slow and there were bills due.

"We were both tossing and turning and then we were facing one another and it just happened," Agnes told friends in her moms social media group. She described the next 38 seconds as the most incredible of her life.

"It began down deep, a low steady vibe with building intensity. I could feel it in every nerve of my body. In seconds the whole bed was shaking and the floorboards were creaking. I threw myself on top of Rick, and felt the earth move," Agnes said.

In the immediate aftermath, Agnes took to Facebook to share the news. "I thought after something like that he'd want to hold me, but Rick fell asleep in seconds," she said.
