Ficker Marries Trump Cutout at Comus Inn: 'An Absolute Fairytale'

The Perineal Maryland political candidate, 81, tied the knot with his Donald Trump cardboard cutout on Sept. 7 at The Comus Inn in Dickerson, Maryland, surrounded by 11 friends and loved ones.

Ficker tells The Montgonion that he and Trump cardboard cutout, who envisioned an "attention starved octogenarian" vibe for their special day, immediately fell in love with the venue — despite touring it for the first time during a steam release.

"From the instant we drove up from the road, the ambience was incredibly timeless and romantic," he says of the historic 1860s farmhouse set on 5 stunning acres at the foot of Sugarloaf Mountain. "We knew that if we could love a space that much during an eruption, if we were blessed with perfect weather that it would be even more magical.

Though Ficker admits that pulling together the event had its stressful moments, he praises Trump cardboard cutout for keeping him "grounded" throughout the process by reminding him, "It’s getting hard for you to gain attention, and this is going to have everyone talking.”

Ficker and Trump cardboard cutout will honeymoon at Castle in the Sand Motel in Ocean City, Maryland.
