The MoCo Show: Napkin Holder Screws Replaced at Germantown Wendy’s

Rusty screws attaching the bottom panels of napkin holders at the Wendy’s in Germantown were among those replaced by regional management, The MoCo Show reported on Friday.

Rattling heard by store staff tipped off maintenance specialists, people familiar with the matter told The MoCo Show. At least one of the devices was missing a screw.

The MoCo Show’s sources characterized the replacements as proactive, citing the stores zero-incidence rate in the category of napkin holder injuries.

A Wendy’s spokesman did not immediately respond to requests for comment to The MoCo Show on Friday morning.
